UEFA EURO 2024 Tournament: Call for 16,000 Volunteers
Calling all volunteers!
Over 16,000 volunteers are being sought to help make the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament a success.
The UEFA EURO 2024 tournament will take place from June 14 to July 14, 2024, in 10 host cities across Germany: Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, and Stuttgart.
Volunteers will play a vital role in the tournament, providing support to fans, players, and officials. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Welcoming fans and providing information
- Guiding fans to their seats
- Assisting with security and crowd control
- Providing medical assistance
- Working in the media center
- Supporting the tournament organizers in other ways
The official UEFA EURO 2024 volunteer application phase begins on June 14, 2023, one year ahead of the opening match in Munich. To apply, volunteers must be at least 18 years old and have a good command of English. They must also be available to volunteer for at least 10 days during the tournament.
